Sofia

We sure love our "not so little girl"! She is SO much fun at this stage and makes us laugh all the time. She is full of energy and would rather be running than sitting...Sofi is now 15 months old and we took her to her normal pediatric visit on Thursday. She weighs just 20 1/2 pounds and is 30 1/2 inches tall. So, according to the pediatrician this puts her in the 50th percentile for both height and weight. We thought for sure that she weighs more than she does because she eats everything in site! Oh well, I guess it's all that running :) (At the doctor's office):

We have been trying to spend alone time with Sofi as much as we can since we now have Sydney and we want to make sure that she still feels connected to us. We have been amazed at how great Sofi is adjusting to being a big sister. She loved Sydney and wants to hug/kiss her all the time. She cuddles up to her and it's the most precious thing! Here are some things that we love about our Sofi:

• -She twirls around like a ballerina and says, "Wheeeeeeeeee"
• -Whenever Simon kisses me, she leans in for a kiss too
• -Gives us both kisses and hugs all the time
• -Loves to cuddle
• -Loves to wait by the door when we are going outside and as soon as I open the door, she shoots out and starts running...(she is really fast...) and gets upset when we have to come inside.
• -LOVES her little sister and is very protective of her
• -Loves all of her books and will make you read them over and over
• -Loves clothes and wants to pick out her clothes every morning
• -Talks all the time and looks deeply into our eyes wanting to make sure that we understand what she is saying
• -Is easy to teach. We teach her something and she can repeat it/do it right away...
• -Is the sweetest, most lovable little girl!
